Hand-forged, selective-polish kineticsculpture
This kinetic sculpture is supported at a single point, allowing the upper form to subtly move and settle into balance. Hand-forged stainless steel extendsinto a long, gentle curve. The surface finish shiftsbetween the lower and upper sections: darkerforged areas remain below, while the upper form ispolished to a high gloss. Under overhead light, the curve catches light across its full span and reflects it back into the surrounding space, changing with angle and movement.
