CUSTOM COMMISSIONS WELCOME
I create custom works primarily for residential spaces, and also collaborate on commercial and design projects. Each piece is individually hand-forged and created as a one-of-a-kind work.
In addition to modifying existing designs, I develop new pieces tailored to specific spaces and conditions. Before fabrication begins, a 3D digital model is provided so you can review the form and scale in advance.
Payment Structure
• 50% deposit to begin fabrication
• 50% balance due prior to shipping
• Shipping and installation (if applicable) are billed separately
Fabrication begins once the design is approved and the deposit is received.
Process: From Consultation to Installation
1. Consultation
We discuss the size, location, function, timeline, and budget to understand your needs and align the project with your vision.
A design development fee of approximately 10% of the project cost applies during this phase. If the project proceeds to fabrication, this fee is credited toward the final price. If fabrication does not proceed after design approval, the design fee becomes payable.
2. Design
A digital image will be created through 3D modeling so you can review the proposed design. An estimate and project schedule will also be provided at that time.
Once the design, cost, and schedule are approved, fabrication will begin, and a 50 percent deposit is required at that time.
*If changes are requested after the design has been approved, additional fees and schedule adjustments may apply.
3. Fabrication
Each piece is hand-forged and finished through sanding and polishing. The wooden components are also carefully created by hand.
Progress updates are shared during production.
4. Completion
Once the piece is completed, photos will be sent for your review.
At that time, an estimate for shipping and, if required, installation will also be provided. Upon approval, the remaining 50 percent balance and the shipping and installation fees will be due.
5. Shipping & Installation
Once the final details are confirmed and approved, the work will be shipped or delivered.
Installation is available for an additional fee.
